The Karakalpakstan Department of the Uzagroinspection has established constant control over the preparation of grain harvesters that will participate in the 2025 grain harvest in the districts for the season.
This year, a total of 157 grain harvesters are planned to be prepared for the season in the Republic.
37 of these combines are "Keys" and "New Holland", 115 are "Class", and 5 are "Vector" combines.
This year, a new system for preparing combines for the season has been introduced, in which, first of all, locations were identified for the purpose of organizing centralized, high-quality repair of combines in the regions.
These facilities were provided with material and technical support for repairs (blacksmith shop, welding machine, machine tools, etc.), as well as hot meals and other conditions for workers involved in repair work.
157 combines included in the repair facilities were individually inspected with the participation of specialists from service enterprises, a list of required spare parts worth a total of 3152.0 million soums was formed, separate defect acts were drawn up for each combine, and repair work began on the basis of these defect acts.
As a result of the systematic organization of repair work, as of today, the repair work of 143 units or 91 percent of combines has been completed, and the funds required for spare parts in the amount of 2858.8 million soums have been utilized.
In particular, in the Amudarya district, grain harvesters participating in the season have been completely overhauled, driven 10-15 km by regional commissions, their working bodies have been tested, and their readiness for the season has been studied.
Also, experienced specialists have been assigned to grain harvesters that need to be repaired, and measures are being taken to complete the repair work in a short time.
In the republic, measures are being taken to conduct technical inspections of grain harvesters that have been repaired in accordance with the established procedure.
